About me

I'm Alex Garcia, sound designer and composer with over 20 years of experience working with audio and music in Tv, film and the first years of my way i worked as audio engineer in live music shows. 

About 8 year ago I start working with contact microphones and hydrophones for the first time, I was fascinated to discover that these microphones provide a new perspective to the recordings. Over 2 months later i started to make my own contact microphones, trying different piezo and condenser elements, cables, enclosures, coatings and especially looking for the best possible sound. 

The result has been high quality, hand made contact microphones and hydrophones that now i want share with the world.
